Meta Ads

The B2B SaaS playbook for Meta ads that convert.

Nobody buys a SaaS for the features. They buy it for the outcome it gives them. We build creative around that outcome, feed Meta's algorithm the data it needs, and filter hard so only qualified demos reach your calendar.

Yes, Meta works for B2B SaaS.

Most founders tell us the same thing: my buyer isn't sitting on Meta looking for me. You're right. They're not actively searching. But that is not how Meta works anymore.

Meta serves roughly 3 billion users a quarter, with around 30,000 data points on each one . It already knows who runs a company, who makes buying decisions, and who behaves like your best customer. Our job is not to find people searching for you. It is to hand the algorithm enough signal that it goes and finds the top 3% of your market for you, and puts your offer in front of them before they even knew they needed it.

LinkedIn is always the more precise and more expensive option for senior buyers. Meta is the cheaper, higher-volume test bed that, run correctly, produces qualified demos at a fraction of the cost. The difference between an account that burns money and one that prints demos is not the platform. It is everything below.

The shift most agencies missed

The algorithm learns your buyer through your creative.

Meta's Andromeda update changed the game. The old way of running ads is now actively penalized.

It used to be that you would script five hooks, three bodies, two calls to action, splice a bunch together, and run the winners forever. Today Meta rewards creative diversity and penalizes repetition. The algorithm no longer just targets an audience. It reads your actual creative to understand who you are talking to, then goes and finds more of them.

Think about it like ChatGPT. The more you give it, the more you get out of it. Give it one angle and it has almost nothing to learn from. Give it fifty angles a week and it maps every pocket of your market and doubles down on the ones that convert. That is why volume is not optional anymore. It is the mechanism.

Creative

How we win the auction, week after week.

We launch 50 to 100 unique creatives a week, then let performance decide. AI UGC to test angles cheaply, real UGC to scale the winners.

FORMAT

Format diversity

Static, then short video, then long form, then carousel, then UGC. Different formats reach different people and teach the algorithm faster.

ANGLE

Angle diversity

We test at least five pain points: cost of inaction, failed alternatives, wasted time, competitive pressure, missed opportunity.

VOICE

Voice diversity

Founder, then customer, then team member, then demo walkthrough, then case study narrative. Each voice unlocks a different buyer.

AWARENESS

Awareness diversity

Problem aware, solution aware, most aware. We write creative to each level, and different personas start walking through your door.

The funnel

From a click to a qualified demo.

Leads are great, but they are useless if they do not convert. Every stage below exists to filter

for the qualified buyer and get them on a call at their peak intent.

01

Native lead form, not your website

We opt people in through Meta's native form. A website has too much information and too many exits. A direct offer and a calendar convert far better.

02

Conditional-logic qualification

The form filters out anyone who is not a fit before they ever book, so your team never sits on a call with the wrong person.

03

Conversion API feedback

Qualified and closed events feed Meta directly. It keeps pulling from the exact pocket of people who actually buy, and stops bringing you the ones who do not.

04

Speed to lead

We call within three to five minutes of opt-in, at their peak level of intent. Sales is just capitalizing on intent. The minute they click your ad, they see five others.

05

Pre-call ads and reminders

Booked leads see an ad that says, saw you booked a call, watch the thesis video. They show up thinking, how did you do that? Show rate climbs, no-shows fall.

Retargeting

Recover the spend most accounts waste.

A simple retargeting layer at $4 to $8 a day, running case studies and competitor-envy messaging, recuperated 60% of our clients' lost ad spend. Contractors do not want to be trumped by their competitor, and neither does your buyer.

How we run it

Built on your account, owned by you.

We build the funnel on your ad account, not ours. I scale your ad account, I do not scale my own. Everything, the creative, the funnel, the data, is built in your accounts and stays yours for life. Ad spend is always yours, on your own account. You are never renting a system you can lose the day you leave.
